Orders and Delivery
When ordering parts, please ensure that you select the right model and year. If you are in any doubt, please contact us with as much information as you have. Our customer service advisors are highly trained in identifying vehicles and recognising parts required.
Parts are designated in the catalogue as left and right hand; this is when the vehicle is viewed from the rear. On UK specification right hand drive cars, right hand is driver side (off-side) and left hand is the passenger side (near-side).
Delivery within the UK is usually made next day, Monday to Friday. Our fleet of vehicles cover approximately 95% of the UK. Retail customers ordering online need to order before 1pm to receive next day delivery.
The following charges are added for a private address or non motor trade business:
Delivery Charge: Free on orders over £60 (Inc Vat), £7.50 + VAT on orders under £60 (Inc VAT). Transaction Charge: £2 + VAT (debit card) or 2.95% (credit card)
Delivery within congestion charging zones will incur an additional charge of £8.00 + VAT.
Our drivers do accept cash on delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery and check parts for damage as our drivers are instructed not to leave any parts without being checked. Our driver will be happy to help you check your item.
Panels and glass are easily susceptible to damage, and no claim for damage can be accepted after delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is in original condition. A charge for collection of £10 is payable for private and none motor trade customers.
Panels and glass due to their nature may have rough or sharp edges; Great care should be taken to handle these items to avoid injury.
